General description:


Welded steel frame made of hollow and rolled profiles, walls and roof made of profiled 1.75 – 2.0 mm thick steel sheet, welded watertight to the frame. Double-leaf door at the front with galvanized bolt locks. 28 mm thick Meranti plywood floor, waterproof glued, screwed to the floor construction, and sealed watertight. Connection panel for external fuel supply or cooling water piping.

Galvanized fixed weather protection grids, individually tailored to the intake and exhaust air of the respective generator. Exhaust opening. Electrical connection panel or framed floor opening.



Control:


The generator control is installed in a control panel and designed for manual and automatic start.

Optional: with engine pre-heating and battery charger for emergency power operation, the network monitor is usually located in a separate control panel with the network and generator protection/circuit breaker.


Power section:


Generator circuit breaker, 3- or 4-pole


Connections:


Cable fixed connection at the circuit breaker

Optional: Socket set depending on capacity (socket 230 V 16 A, socket 400 V 16/32/63 A, or socket 400 V 125 A)


Personal protection (Optional)


ISO monitoring or RCD (Residual Current Device) circuit breaker


Fuel tank:


The fuel filler neck is located above the tank inside the enclosure.

Optional: Extended base frame tanks, double-walled for 18 to 24-hour operation, partially with lifting pipe and forklift pockets.


Chassis (Optional):


Road chassis with height-adjustable drawbar, parking and service brake, welded and galvanized frame, aluminum checker plate fenders, jockey wheel at the front, support legs at the rear, lighting according to German road traffic regulations (STVZO), TÜV/Dekra certification, and operating permit.

Verschweißter Stahlrahmen aus Hohl- und Walzprofilen, Wand und Dach aus profiliertem 1,75 – 2,0 mm starkem Stahlblech, wasserdicht mit dem Rahmen verschweißt. Stirnseitige Doppelflügeltür mit verzinkten Drehstangen-verschlüssen. 28 mm starker Meranti – Sperrholzboden, wasserfest verleimt, verschraubt mit der Bodenkonstruktion und wasserdicht versiegelt.
