These are new 'Full Corten' steel containers built according to ISO 1496-1, ISO 6681, and ISO 1161, 1CC/22G1 type.





General description:


Welded steel frame made of hollow and rolled profiles, walls and roof made of profiled 1.75 – 2.0 mm thick steel sheet, welded watertight to the frame. Double-leaf door at the front with galvanized bolt locks. 28 mm thick Meranti plywood floor, waterproof glued, screwed to the floor construction, and sealed watertight. Connection panel for external fuel supply or cooling water piping.
Galvanized fixed weather protection grids, individually tailored to the intake and exhaust air of the respective generator. Exhaust opening. Electrical connection panel or framed floor opening.



Optional:



  1. Personnel door, single-leaf (steel) 875 x 2000 mm or double-leaf (steel) 1500 x 2000 mm

  2. Sound insulation of the container on the roof, walls, and container doors with 100 mm mineral wool, interior lining with 1.0 mm thick galvanized perforated sheet metal (5 mm round holes). Between the insulation panels and the perforated sheet, there is a black drip protection fleece. The perforated sheets are bent into cassettes and riveted to continuous angles or Z-profiles on the roof and walls.

  3. Sound level: approx. 100 LWA [approx. 75 dB(A)/7m]

  4. Super sound insulation approx. 55 dB(A)/7m / 85 LWA

  5. Blinds with electric actuator

  6. Blinds with external heating

  7. Partition wall with sound insulation

  8. Sand separator at the air intake opening

  9. Insulation of the bottom from below: 120 mm mineral wool + steel sheet floor seal, welded gas- and water-tight.

  10. Fuel sump made of 4 mm thick checker plate with a surrounding sill 100 mm high, welded oil-tight. A threshold is located at the door portal and the optional MZ door, with a threshold height of 100 mm.

  11. Container interior lighting 1 x 58 Watt – 230 Volt or 2 x 58 Watt

  12. Steel tanks (double-walled) with 500 – 2000 liters capacity, including installation. Filling connection, overfill protection, ventilation.

  13. Reinforcement of the floor (steel beams)

  14. Automatic fire suppression system

  15. Coating structure: The exterior surfaces of the container are primed and painted with a container ZP single-layer paint (silk gloss), solid color, in a RAL shade of choice, excluding traffic and signal colors, underbody preservation with tar epoxy paint/bitumen (black).
